As we honour international women’s day on the 8th March “empowerFULL” is launching the #WhatIf campaign to support women’s empowerment journey.

The #WhatIf campaign aims to share stories of women who have followed their dreams regardless of their journey’s barriers.

Inspiring women from all around the world have shared a challenging question starting with #WhatIf and some tips on how they have challenged limiting beliefs.

We present you with Julie Desai, Lawyer & Human Rights Activist. She is working with women & girls to empower, educate and enrich their life and provide a platform to raise voices. She has recently created “Talent Talkies”, a Youtube Channel where she has conversations with girls who succeeded in New Age Business & careers.

#WhatIf women engage in key decision-making positions?

Influence of women leaders Statistics has shown that women leaders are more effective change makers.

As we see more and more women participating in industry, leadership, defence, diplomacy, innovation etc across the world creating positive synergies & it is time to truely understand women leadership.

If women engage themselves in key decision making positions, I believe that true change we aspire can be achieved but till the key positions are not held by women, the issues relating to women can not be effectively represented.

As we celebrate international Women’s Day 2021, as change makers it’s our responsibility to advocate & strive to change the world’s ecosystems.

Every small spark can be converted into a movement.
