Exciting news for EmpowerFULL! The Mediterranean Women’s Fund – Fonds pour les Femmes en Méditerranée has approved a grant to support EmpowerFULL.
Driven by the vision to improve the status of women, the Mediterranean women’s Fund amplifies the voices and movement of grassroots initiatives to become a force of change for the emancipation of women.
What this means for EmpowerFULL?
In the next month, we will start participatory action training sessions with a group of 7-8 vulnerable girls and women to strengthen personal development and equip them with soft skills to enter the labour market.
The topics of the sessions include:
▪goal oriented action,
▪independence,
▪confidence & self-esteem,
▪setting boundaries
▪creating new habits,
▪changing the “victim narrative”
